On site weather station measures precipitation, wind speed and direction, solar radiation, tempature, relative humidity and soil temperature.

 


22 suburface time domain reflectometers measure pre-construction soil water content.

 


10 test pits were excavated to assess site soil conditions.

 


Three surface flows stations attempt to measure diffuse surface flow before contruction begins.
