All Master Gardeners Welcome

LCommencing at 8:30 am with registration

All Master Gardeners who register, and have signed and returned their Foundation membership forms, will receive a ballot sheet to vote on the proposed board members.

When registering, all Master Gardeners will receive a raffle ticket for various donated items. Random drawings will be held throughout the day. If you wish to donate a gift for the raffle, please bring it with you to the meeting.

The annual meeting is a pot luck affair and all food donations will be greatly appreciated.

Your Foundation Board is in the process of developing a “Master Gardener Cook Book” and we are looking for your favorite and most treasured recipes. This is a great opportunity to try some recipes on your fellow master gardeners and have the recipes published in the new cook book. You could become famous!

AGENDA

9:00 a.m. - President to convene the meeting
9:15 a.m. - Irene Reed to give a Power Point presentation – “The P.C.M.G.F. and how it integrates with the Washington State University Master Gardener Program.”
9:30 a.m. - Glenn Rogers will give a report and itemized statement of the proposed operating expenses and budget for the ensuing fiscal year 2008
10:30 a.m. - We will have two keynote speakers; one for the morning session and one for the afternoon. Both speakers will count towards your C.E
Noon - Lunch - 45 minutes
12:45 p.m. - Dottie and Carolyn to explain the proposed M.G. cook book
Elections of Foundation Directors -- to be overseen by Bill Rigby and Irene Reed.
2:00 p.m. - Second Speaker – 90 minutes
3:30 pm. - Conclusion of program.
