Leadership Development Training


The Leadership Development program offers training in formal group workshops and one-on-one coaching.

To be able to work effectively with others, studies indicate that individuals must understand their own personalities and styles of communication, leadership, conflict management, and decision-making.

The goal of the leadership program is to increase capacity of individual leadership ability by expanding self-awareness and understanding of other's motivation, while building interpersonal critical thinking, and other essential leadership skills.

 

Capacities gained through experiential workshops will include increased:

  • Self-awareness by participants
  • Insights into group/team and organizational dynamics which strengthen team/group work
  • Awareness, value and utilization of differences
  • Ability to prevent or reduce interpersonal and organizational conflict
  • Decision-making capabilities
