Leadership and Building Trust workshops allow participants to explore the impact of leadership upon employees and organizations, preferred leadership styles, roles of leaders versus managers, obstacles to leadership, sources of, obstacles to, and tools for building trust. Surveys and group activities will provide insight into preferred ways of operating that impact leadership styles and responses to individual styles.
